charming new to rental,
newly decorated chalet is owner managed
for a more personal touch. The chalet is two story with two bedrooms
and one bath on each floor. The chalet has a total of 4 bedrooms and 2 baths
with 3 Queen
beds and 1 daybed with a trundle pull out. For your entertainment we
have provided three TVs, three VCRs, one DVD player and a Stereo.
 Recently
renovated kitchen has everything you could ask for: microwave,
dishwasher, disposal, crock pot, electric skillet, hand mixer,
coffee maker, and even a bread machine. Every consideration has been taken
to stock the kitchen with quality dishes, cookware, and accessories.
A gas grill is provided on the lower deck. The full size washer
and dryer are conveniently located just off the kitchen. Central bar
in
the kitchen will seat four and is a great place to gather for
socializing in the evening. Located next to the kitchen is a dining
area
which can provide seating for up to 8. The fire glow from the gas
furnace stove really helps warm the heart on those cold nights. Two
bedrooms and one bath make up the rest of this floor. |
The second floor also has two
bedrooms and one bath. An expansive living area has a beautiful gas
fireplace (no having to go out in the cold for wood in this home),
stereo system and 32" TV with combination VCR and DVD player.
Both levels of home are surrounded with decking. There is
parking for three vehicles. Just .4 of a mile from Ski Beech, 1.3
miles from the Recreational Center and 2.2 miles from the golf course at
Beech Mountain Club, of which we are a member.
Privileges include access to the heated,
Olympic-Size swimming pool, 10 clay tennis courts, challenging 18
hole golf course, fine dining
at clubhouse and many activities sponsored by the club. (Available
May to October).

- $150 deposit required to hold
reservation and will be returned once keys are returned and home is
checked out by our staff.
- Full amount of rent is due 4 weeks in advance of rental.
- All reservations must be confirmed by phone.
- 7% NC Sales tax and 6% Beech Mountain Accommodations tax apply to
all stays.
- One time cleaning fee of $65 for all stays of 4 days or less.
- No Pets and No Smoking allowed. We request that smoking be done
outside on the decks.
